CIRUS – Climate Integrated Resilience for Urban Systems
Product and project-management lead for CIRUS, a climate-intelligence system that assesses urban heat risk by scenario at 10 m resolution using a digital-twin approach.
Key contribution
- Developed the concept, solution approach, tech stack and business model for CIRUS
- Led the grant application as well as consortium coordination and project/resource planning
- Designed the digital-twin approach for scenario-based urban planning (greening, land use, the 15-minute city)
Outcome
High-resolution, scenario-based heat-risk analyses to underpin evidence-based urban planning and intervention design; entered in the SPACE4Cities competition.
