I help companies make operations measurable, build the systems needed to improve them, and prove the impact. My work combines process intelligence, AI, data engineering, and regulation — especially where data is messy, systems are fragmented, and decisions need to be traceable. Through Tragwerk I focus on process intelligence, operational improvement, and AI enablement; through Open Beta I build AI and audit-grade data solutions for regulated, high-stakes domains, including LuLarge — a finance-focused initiative linking financial instruments to real assets, locations, and ownership. I have built production systems in banking, satellite-based climate intelligence, AI-driven data curation for financial markets, and traceability systems in forestry and industrial supply chains — across the full lifecycle, from first problem framing to production-grade implementation.
