I moderated a panel discussion on the practical adoption of AI in companies, bringing together perspectives from industry, IT, academia, and regulated sectors. The discussion focused on where organizations currently stand after the first phase of AI experimentation with tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and what it takes to move AI into real operational processes.

Topics included AI in production environments, industrial AI beyond generative AI, document review, regulated workflows, IT governance, data quality, compliance, system integration, and change management. A key theme was that successful AI adoption is not only a technical challenge, but depends on the interaction between business functions, IT, compliance, and organizational transformation.
